(A) Key Features
1. Heating Method: Uses hot plate with circulating heat-conducting oil for heating.
2. Overall Design: Comprises a laminating machine with feeding station, laminating station, discharging units, heating system, and control system. Can perform automatic feeding, laminating, and discharging tasks.
3. Integrated Enclosure Structure: Maintains panel surface flatness consistently at 130 ℃ -150 ℃ for 16-24 hours daily, with panel surface flatness ≤ 300um per square meter.
4. Strong Vacuum Capability: Equipped with a built-in vacuum pump and upper and lower limit vacuum chamber reaching 150Pa. Vacuum can be achieved in less than 90 seconds in automatic mode. Vacuum system includes air-purifying devices for steady operation.
5. Wrinkle-Resistant Cover Rubber: Uses technology to prevent wrinkles and prolong the rubber's lifespan, improving the quality of laminated components.
6. Customizable Inflation Time: Choose inflation speed from 0 to 90 seconds.

2. Control Setup: Utilizes Taiwan Yonghong PLC control system with a user-friendly touch screen display available in Chinese or English.
3. Temperature Management: Utilizes smart temperature control A/D module for precise temperature regulation with an accuracy of ± 1 ℃. Temperature range from 30 ℃ to 150 ℃, with a maximum temperature of 180 ℃.
